Our traditional Greek pita makes the perfect base for any Gyros sandwich or plate. Just oil lightly and grill for a few minutes and you've got a bread that sets itself apart from the rest. Extremely versatile, pita bread offers endless possibilities; as an appetizer chip served alongside hummus, as a quick personal size pizza, or to complement any Mediterranean style entree. However you use it, you can count on Olympia pita for the taste and consistency you expect. A whole grain pita with 3 grams of fiber per serving is also available, as well as pocket-pita versions of our original Greek pita.
